Dwayne Regehr, owner of Earthworks Landscaping

Hi, I’m Dwayne Regehr, owner of Earthworks Landscaping.

In the spring of 1998, after 15 years of working for some of the larger landscaping companies in Winnipeg, I established what I hoped would be a better landscaping company, one that emphasized respect for both customers and employees. It is now 28 years, and almost 1400 jobs later, and I still enjoy the work we do and the people I meet each day.

With one small dedicated crew, I believe we are able to offer a level of service unmatched by larger companies with dozens of landscapers, managers and salespeople.

Communication is simpler with us. You only ever have one person to deal with. There's almost no chance for miscommunication when the salesman is also the owner and the foreman responsible for every detail, beginning to end.

I always try my best to listen carefully. I'll work with you to figure out what you really need. Maybe we can do something simpler that will function just as well or even better for you. I start with who you are and what you really want or need, and enjoy finding unique solutions to your particular needs.

We’re selective: Over the years we've carefully decided which sorts of landscaping services we want to focus on. So we've gotten really good at those specific types of projects.

I'm equally proud of the way our crew works together and our project processes – things you can only learn by running your own company, sometimes learning the hard way. All of this has been refined over 28 years.

I have made it my mission over the last 28 years to know our customers, to know the landscaping trade well and to do everything I can to meet or exceed your expectations. I hope to work with you soon.
